Mary is a Fairfield University alumni with a degree in finance. She’s a savvy business woman that loves staying active, spending time with her larger than life family and friends, and cultivating her skills in the kitchen. 

From the moment she learned the ropes around her first restaurant to working her way through college side by side with trained chefs, Mary knew she had a passion for entertaining through cuisine. She finds comfort on the cutting board and satisfaction in creating an exceptional dining experience for her clients.
